Rolling Bay, LLC is an 8(a) Program certified, Alaskan Native Company (ANC) owned by the Village of Old Harbor, Kodiak
Island, Alaska.
Established in 2002, Rolling Bay was accepted into the SBA 8(a) and SDB Programs in April of 2007, with an exit date of April 11th, 2016.
We are a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC. Our Corporate
Office is located Anchorage, AK, and our Government Services
Division is in Manassas, VA.
