About Us

Rolling Bay, LLC is an 8(a) Program certified, Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-owned Small Disadvantaged Business. We are a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and owned by the Village of Old Harbor, Kodiak Island, Alaska.
 
Established in 2002, Rolling Bay was accepted into the SBA 8(a) and SDB Programs in April of 2007, with an exit date of April 2016. Our Headquarters is located in Anchorage, AK; our Contracts Services / Government Services Division is in Manassas, VA, and our Corporate Office / Government Services Division is in Germantown, MD.
 
Rolling Bay is a Programmatic and Administrative Services company providing support to government and commercial entities. We are a successful 8(a) Small Business performing a wide range of support across multiple contracts, with a primary focus in these support areas:
